*Maintain Membership database using Wild Apricot (excellent technology skills are required).
*Send out Meeting and notices and assist Membership Coordinator with annual dues notices.
*Organize and manage meetings;   i.e. Suggest Topics, recruit speakers, run zoom meetings for now and in person meetings when circumstances permit, and provide CPE credit forms.

    Communications:
*Deepen and refine all aspects of communications-from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger presence.
*Use external presence and relationships to recruit new members.
*Maintain updated membership on the listserve.
*Update website including posting new jobs.
*Use Social media i.e. Facebook and Twitter and the listserve to engage members
*Communicate national GFOA news to Members.

    Capability:
*Excellence in organizational management with the ability to manage a budget
*Willingness to do marketing and public relations with ability to cross between the different types of memberships.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
*Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to event planning.
*Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
*Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed

    Compensation:
